Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking so we can cater for everyone safely.

If vegan or vegetarian meals are required, please let us know how many children will need these options before your party.

Plates, cups, napkins and cutlery are provided with all Prevail Junior buffet food bookings.

Bring Your Own Buffet Option

You're welcome to bring your own homemade party food at no additional charge.

We will provide jugs of fresh drinking water for your guests.

Please note

Homemade food only.
Restaurant, takeaway or delivered food is not permitted and will incur a £30 charge.
Plates, cups, napkins and cutlery are not provided for homemade food parties and will need to be brought with you.

🎂 Birthday Cakes

You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake. For everyone's safety:

✔ Standard birthday candles are permitted.
❌ Sparkler fountain candles are not permitted as they can activate our fire alarm system.

If you bring a birthday cake without a party booking, a £10 cake fee will apply.

📌 Party Information

All party bookings are 2 hours in duration.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of your party.
